Workshop in Metabolomics
Welcome to a workshop in Metabolomics at Linköping University 8-12th of May, 2023. This workshop aims to give an overview of NMR based metabolomics for PhD-students and researchers that will apply this technique in their own research. Lectures and seminars/workshops on; overview of metabolomics, introduction to NMR, experimental design, biobanking of samples, workflow, sample preparation strategy, application of multivariate data analysis and clinical applications. The workshop contains practical laboratory exercises using NMR.
