Poster session: You get 1 hour where you together as a group will produce a poster answering one or several of the questions below. It is time to get down to basics and be creative using paper, pens, scissors, glitter glue and anything else you can think about and find around here. Tomorrow morning we will go through the posters in the first session, so you should also have a plan on how to present it to the rest of the group in max 5 minutes.

Preparations

PhD students:

• A short presentation (4 minutes) of yourself and your PhD project. Please upload your slides here before the meeting: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1tr9x8VrE_1tvoXQTXoQH6_RUoi_U7tJQ?usp=sharing

• Each PhD student will get a 1 h feedback session on her/his project, in small groups (3-4 students per group). You should prepare material/slides with an introduction to your project and some discussion points, maybe there is something that you need help with or input on. This can be work in progress. Here you can for example include more method details and also future plans.

PhD supervisors and advisors

You don’t need to prepare anything, but we encourage you to participate actively in the discussions and create an encouraging atmosphere to support the PhD students, and create valuable connections.

• The meeting will be at SciLifeLab Uppsala: BMC, Husargatan 3, Uppsala, entrance C11, Navet (E10), ground floor (see map)

• Get there by bus from Uppsala Central Station: Bus stop Uppsala Science Park, take e.g. lines 3, 4, 8 or 11.

• All meals in the schedule are included for free, other meals are covered and organised by the participants.
