The Swedish Bioinformatics Advisory Program
Grand meeting 1, 2016 (June 20-21)

Preparations

for

For the PhD students

  • Deadline Thursday June 16

Prepare a 5 min ppt presentation with 4 slides:
    > One presenting yourself, your advisor, your PI, and other involved people in the project.
    > One presenting your research question
    > One with your available and planned data
    > One presenting your current (bioinformatics) challenges
You don’t need to impress, this is an opportunity to get valuable feedback!
This is a very short presentation, and the audience is broad, so this is a good exercise in quickly explaining your research in a clear and understandable way. I need the slides in advance so that we don’t loose time in changing computers.
