Which paper/topic are we discussing?

The linear genome references we use all the time in our pipelines have significant shortcomings when it comes to representing diversity in a population. To get rid of reference  bias, efforts are underway to instead transition to pangenome data structures that represent many genomes at once. I will give a motivating example from the SweGen project and then talk about some of the ideas related to pangenome and hopefully also some of the programs that can be used to generate genome graphs and map reads against them.
