Groups Preparations

PhD students:

• Students starting 2019 have their final meeting and we would like you to summarise this time:
  1. Prepare one slide that you can show the group. Examples of things to include:
     1. What have you learned during these 2 years?
     2. What was the main benefit for you from participating in this program?
  2. Be prepared to email this slide the Friday before the meeting
• All students for the Feedback session: 

Each PhD student will get a feedback session on her/his project, in small groups (3-4 projects per group). Make sure that you prepare material/slides/discussion points for these small group discussions. 

PhD supervisors and advisors

You don’t need to prepare anything, but we encourage you to participate actively in the discussions and create a positive and encouraging atmosphere to support the PhD students, and create valuable connections.

Please register your participation in the google sheet below at the latest January 11!

Add ‘1' or ‘0’ at your name for each session column. (All text in the sheet is immediately saved, you don’t need to press any 'save' button).

Please treat the registration as binding after January 11 as this is used to create the groups and late changes will cause us substantial extra work.
